1. I have worked diligently throughout my business life to help you and other clients understand the complexity of selecting the right contractor with whom to entrust your project. That is why I published my Consumer Awareness Report.
2. Having owned my own remodeling business since 1975 gives me the experience to determine your home's age, architectural style and market value, as well as resale trends, design trends and neighborhood concerns, thus providing you with the most value for your money. If I think you are over-investing for your neighborhood, I will tell you that up front.
3. I will only show you projects which fit your needs and desires and financial position. I will not waste your time showing you projects you are not interested in or cannot afford.
4. If I do not believe that I can help you with your project, I will gladly refer you to another competent contractor.
5. We handle all phases of the job, from obtaining the permits to cleaning up the site and hauling away all debris. To enhance your emotional comfort level, we keep the number of sub-contractors to a bare minimum; you will be dealing with friendly and familiar faces.
6. My craftsmen are highly skilled, conscientious technicians. All have at least ten years experience and training. We do not employ kids or "sparetimers". Most are skilled in carpentry, electrical, roofing, ceramic tile, masonry, plumbing, heat runs, drywall and mill work.
7. I will do everything possible to meet your deadlines, but I will also be honest and realistic. I will not make promises just because that is what you want to hear.
8. Once we get to your project you get our 100% undivided attention. We do not start several jobs and then go around "putting out fires". You will never wonder "Where is my contractor?"
9. My contract spells out all the details of your job. Nothing is left to chance. This minimizes miscommunication. You will know exactly what is and is not included in your job.
10. We will listen to all your needs, both physical and emotional, to ensure that your project is done the way you wanted it.
11. We will treat your home with as much care and respect as if it were our own home, probably more so. We will try to keep dirt and inconvenience to a minimum.
12. Put away the aspirin! No maintenance headaches! Every job we build is guaranteed. If there is a problem we will come back to fix it free. Our warranty covers a three year period.
